If a sound isn't playing:
- Tap directly on the word/syllable's sound button. Each item plays individually.
- Check your connection. Audio streams from our server, so a weak signal can block it. Switch to Wi-Fi if you can.
- Refresh the page and try again.
In the printed or PDF book: every lesson has a QR code. Open your phone's camera, point it at the QR, and tap the link — it opens a free audio page for that lesson. No app or account needed. If the QR won't scan, make sure the whole code is in frame and well lit, or type the short link printed beneath it.
